Casa A. Le Noyer is located in “La Floresta”, a beautiful and traditional area which used to be the most elegant neighborhood in Quito; now it is surrounded by modern buildings but it has kept its essence of the old beautiful residential area with old trees everywhere and astonishing mansions.

The house where Casa A. Le Noyer is located in, was some seventy years ago, the home of a Quito´s traditional family and after a carefully restoration process that took two years and a half was converted into a hotel where details have been the flagship of it.

Front garden view:
Three lovely republican style rooms with high ceilings and wooden floor that going into the house history were the first ones to be built.

Back garden view:
These three rooms enjoy a serene atmosphere since their balconies look at a manicured garden where resident birds come during the whole day and present their guests a real life-music concert.

Upper level rooms:
On this level are located the bigger and newer rooms, they were built around a beautiful marble and iron stairs way that ends in a luxury chandelier from past times.

All of our rooms have been named after the feeling you get inside of them, it is in fact a subjective way of naming them but step in and you are more than welcome to propose us a name.
